Hi! I’m Kayla and I’ve been in the beauty industry since 2015 and have been at GURU since it opened in 2018. I’ve always had a natural passion for hair and am so lucky I get to do it as a job every day. I pride myself in being a well rounded stylist and will take on anything my clients bring to me. I specialize in coloring, blonding, extensions, vivid colors, short cuts, and styling. Styling has always been my passion and I’ve worked on location for music videos, award shows, and weddings while still working full time behind the chair. Although I no longer do weddings on site, I bring my skills I learned from them to my clients at the salon and love finishing their service with an amazing style. I am now a mentor at GURU and have trained multiple stylists to be behind the chair on their own while I continue to further my education and stay up to date with the changing trends. I truly care about every single person that sits in my chair and strive to bring an energy to my clients that makes their experience fun, comfortable, and relaxing so they can leave feeling great about themselves.
